LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We believe we use parts and materials that meet or exceed manufacturers requiremetns.   We employ qualified craftsmen, supervised by people that have an interest in satisfied customers.  Our business, in it's second generation because of our belief, to "Do what is best for our customer and their vehicle".  This simple motto has helped us survive almost 50 years in a very critical, demanding and cynical industry.

Our warranty is simple.  As long as our recommended repairs, rates and specifications are followed, we warrant our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.  The warranty is not transferrable.  The warranty does not cover parts which may be covered by the part manufacturer at different levels.  The warranty does not cover rust repair, fiberglass parts, wear and tear or erosion.  The warranty is void if subsequent repair is made by others, evidence of neglect, misuse, or subsequent accident damage exists.

We have over the years received criticism from some insurance companies that a lifetime warranty is considered, "over-restoring a vehicle".  Remember, insurance companies are only required to return a vehicle to pre-loss condition.  Since warranty is actually part of a vehicle's condition and value, it is noted, not many car manufacturers warranty anything for life.  The insurers' point was hard to contest.   For those instances where an insurer may limit payment to a unilaterally predetermined or fixed labor rate, we developed and offer a limited one-year limited warranty.  We do not alter the manner or quality in which we restore the vehicle, but as business people, we respect the cost related to the exposure of a lifetime vs. one-year warranty.  We offer you the ability to purchase additional warranty up to 60 days after repairs are completed by subsidizing the difference in labor rate.  Remember, our repair recommendations must be followed before we will assume warranty.
