At Nick Orso’s we understand selecting us to repair your vehicle involves a great deal of trust. We take this trust very seriously and make it a priority to protect the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us. This information specific to you is surprisingly more than just your name address or phone number. Sometimes we need information to provide services that you request, and this Privacy Statement explains what information we will collect and how we may use it. We subscribe to the Better Business Bureau and their code of ethics regarding privacy issues. At this time all consumers may not be aware of the many other statistics or how they are used by third parties.

Family Names, Birth Dates, Driver License Numbers, Policy Numbers, Claim Numbers, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Computer Cookies, Repair Files, Vehicle Plate and Identification Numbers, Dates of Loss, Accident Report Details, Home Phone and Address, Work Phone Number, Cell and Fax Numbers, Radio Codes, Key Pad Codes and Key Cut Numbers, Photos, Credit Card Numbers, Checking/Bank Account Numbers.

It is understood and agreed that in order to complete your vehicle repairs we may need certain information to order parts or speak with insurance representatives. In the general course of completing the repairs to your vehicle we may utilize private information you have surrendered in good faith to conduct those repairs which is transmitted to others out of our control. It is our intention to keep secure all private information. We do not sell or rent any information to any outside source. We maintain certain information that is required by law. We may use that information to advise you of future products or services. We may be required to inform you of updates or recalls you may need. We will not be liable for damage caused to you by anyone outside our organization who may misuse your information. We may be required to surrender certain information to law enforcement or to comply with the legal process or to protect the rights of Nick Orso’s. On occasion we may post certain vehicles on our website for advertising purposes however you may decline the posting by written notice to us. We may on occasion update this Privacy Statement and regularly accept suggestions for changes. Our goal is to make our mutual trip down the information highway as safe as possible.
