Print, Sign and Keep in Car

This action plan is best printed and kept in your vehicle in the event of a collision. Keep it with your insurance card. Read it before you make any comments after a collision.

Before the Police arrive it is best to collect your thoughts and have a clear understanding of what happened, if you know. Write down the details if you can.

Call Nick Orso’s as soon as practical!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expect that your Insurance company will use special word tracts that make you question your choice in collision repair. They may say, “they won’t guarantee the repair.” Know that only the shop guarantees a repair. Nick Orso’s warranty is for life. They might even say, “they’re not on the list”; know that we don’t want or need to be on "a list". They might threaten delays in repair or inspection. We know the laws and will make sure inspection is timely. A rental??? We have rentals and will have you back on the road fast. Repair Cost??? We will do what it takes to obtain payment. Your policy limits payment to the value of the car.

    First: Tend to injured parties, use caution in the roadway and assess the danger you and your family are in. Rubber neck-ers can cause injury and death; move off the road.

    • Only explain the accident to the Police
    • Don’t argue with anyone!!! Anything you say may be used against you later!!!!!!!!
    • Call 877-642-5677 and press one for towing assistance
    • Some Police agencies will allow you to have your car towed by your choice; others won’t and will instruct a tow company on the list to tow.
    • Ask if the car can be towed to the shop of your choice. Tell them you choose Nick Orso’s.
    • Call us before you call your insurance company for more important information.
    • If your insurance company tries to influence your repair choice, tell them you’ve made a choice of where you will take the car: NICK ORSO’S!
    • If your accident happens out of town, have the vehicle made drivable and get it home.
    • If you need legal help, call us for a referral.
